Refund policy

At Stonefolk, every order is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. As all our products are lighting fixtures, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection. However, we fully stand behind the quality of our products and will resolve any genuine issue promptly.

When We Accept Returns or Replacements

We will offer a replacement or full refund only in the following cases:

  • Damaged in transit — product arrived physically damaged
  • Manufacturing defect — product does not function as described
  • Incorrect product — you received a different product than what you ordered

How to Raise a Claim — Within 48 Hours

Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or a short video of the damage, defect, or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

What We Do Not Cover

  • Change of mind or incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
  • Products that have been installed, used, or modified
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Missing or damaged packaging without product damage

Resolution

Once we review your claim and photos, we will respond within 24–48 business hours with one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement — we ship a new product at no extra cost
  • Refund — processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders refunded via bank transfer.

Return shipping for approved claims is covered by Stonefolk.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order may already be dispatched and cannot be cancelled. To cancel, WhatsApp us immediately at +91 88102 03327.
