Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Products Damaged During Installation
Lighting products should always be installed by a qualified electrician.
We cannot accept responsibility for:

Products damaged after delivery due to installation-related issues are not eligible for return or refund.
Custom, Special Order, and Made-to-Order Products
Custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, or specially sourced products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged or defective.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
If a cancellation request is approved after processing has begun, any applicable transaction, logistics, or handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
